Primary Presenter Bio: Shannon O'Brien earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She finished her Master of Science in Nursing at Rush University in Chicago and graduated in August 2018. Shannon completed her clinical immersion experience in General Pediatrics and worked as a Nursing Assistant in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Rush University Medical Center during her nursing program. She will be starting her first RN job at Northwestern Prentice Hospital in Labor and Delivery in December 2018.

Presenter 2 Bio: Dr. Mohr has over 30 years pediatric nursing practice in a variety of roles, she has been a certified pediatric CNS for the past 16 years and currently is an Assistant Professor, Associate Department Chair and Program Director of the Pediatric & Neonatal CNS programs at Rush University College of Nursing, Chicago, IL. She served as SPN President from 2008-2010.
