Return/Exchange Policy
Please contact the SPN National Office (312) 321-5154 or info@pedsnurses.org before making a return.
- Books may be returned, unmarked and in stable condition, within 30 days of receipt, (minus charges for shipping and handling).
- Promotional merchandise/clothing and sale items are not returnable.
- All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
- It may take up to three weeks to receive credit for your return.
- Returns must be shipped via a trackable method such as UPS or FED EX.
Claims for incorrect merchandise must be received by SPN within 30 days of the product(s) ship date.
Cancelled orders must be canceled by 11:00 AM (CST) the next business day.
